Delivery
Strapit.com.au provides FREE standard shipping in Australia for orders above $300.00 (incl. GST). Please note that any orders under this amount will encounter the standard delivery rate calculated as per your area code.

Outside Metro may incur an additional remote charge subject to additional costs incurred. This is case by case and we will contact you via phone to confirm additional charges which can be made via credit card over the phone.

We offer fast standard delivery anywhere within Australia, usually within 2-4 working days depending on your location. Orders that are placed before 11am will be processed and sent out that day and any orders placed there after will be processed and shipped the day after.

In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Returns
Strapit.com.au offers a flexible return and exchange policy.

Should the item you buy not be exactly what you expect, simply return the product to us within 7 days, unused and in the original condition and packaging. Provided the items are returned to us unused and in the original packaging within 7 days, we will exchange it for another item, offer a store credit or refund your money, the choice is yours.

Used or damaged items that are returned will not be accepted.

Due to our free shipping policy, when items are returned for exchange for change of mind purchases, there will be a re-delivery fee charged.

Unfortunately Strapit.com.au does not cover the cost of any return postage for change of mind purchases.

If in the rare instance there is a manufacturing fault with your item, please contact us immediately when your delivery is received. We will happily organise a repair or replacement item or credit you for a future purchase, in line with manufacturer’s warranty.

A re-delivery fee will not be charged for exchange of any faulty items.
